"Indu is one person who values friendship in real life. She attempts to wipe the tears of her friend. At one point, she even decides to sacrifice her love. I liked that attitude. Not just me but who ever watches Brindavanam would fall in love with the character," said Samantha Prabhu, when asked about what prompted her to choose Brindavanam.
The actress apparently had no problems working with Kajal. "If it was any other actress besides Kajal, it would have been difficult for me to carry the role through. Kajal is a good friend of mine. I had a key role in Brindavanam. Infact, my character is the reason for the numerous twists in the film." Samantha Prabhu is currently looking forward to Sreenu Vaitla's next film Dookudu, where she is cast opposite Mahesh Babu. She will begin shooting for the film shortly.
